  • Barrel Racers there will be a side pot at our June 13th event in Somerset WI to qualify for this event. Top 30 times from the June 13th event that participate in the side pot will qualify for this event and will run during the performance. We are doing this due to slack is not an option at this event. Side Pot entry is $75 with 25% paid back June 13th and 75% paid back at this event July 25th. You must call in for Somerset WI on June 2nd. Must be PEWC to enter side pot for this event but not for the Somerset event.

Sheep Riders For MN Challenge Event July 25th. 

This event is FREE and each participant will receive a trophy (just pay to get into fair grandstand)

    • There will only be 10 riders for each performance (unless otherwise noted)
    • The first 10 registered participants will be in performance that meet the requirements
    • Must weigh 55 lbs or less on date of event and be at least 5 years of age
    • Must complete and submit minor release/waiver form and parent/guardian must be present for child to be registered and ride in event
    • Must wear jeans/pants, long sleeve shirt, boots/tennis shoes (no slip on shoes or sandals this is arena requirements)
    • Must wear a bicycle helmet or other approved helmet to ride (no racing helmets) we do supply bicycle helmets but if you have your own that fits your child please bring. Please return your helmet once your child has ridden
    • Riders will be judged on their ride and will listen for the horn at 6 seconds
    • Only one parent/guardian allowed inside the arena with your child
    • All registered participants that qualify and meet all above requirements will be given instructions by a staff member of Rice Bull Riding Company. Any questions please contact us at 763-389-1399

  • Bull Riders can enter one or both nights. Will pay round money each night of 50% entry free plus $1000 added each nights. $2000 added plus 50% of all fees will pay towards the event average. If you ride both nights you can place twice in the average. 
  • Top 24 Bull Riders & top 15 Barrel Racers in Tour standing guaranteed entry. 

 

 

Tour Points For Bull Riders Will Be Based Points Scored Not Money Won. Barrel Racers Will Be Money Won. 

  • Barrel Racing is sanctioned with the Pro Elite World Challenge.
  • First 15 card members will be in the performance. If less then 15 members enter performance spots will be filled with non-members based on order called in.
  • Slack will be immediately after performance unless notified otherwise. 
  • You may enter more then one horse, however only one horse can be in the performance. All horses will run for money but ONLY performance run will count towards the tour standing. 
  • If one horse is entered only, slack run will count towards money AND tour standings. 
  • ALL horses must have current coggins and turn a copy into secretary upon check in. 
  • Horses traveling over state line will also need health cert. 
  • All Barrel Racing will be RUN IN AND RUN OUT unless otherwise stated at the event. 

Entry Rules.

  • Contestants can only enter a maximum of two additional entries. 
  • Each contestant is allowed only one additional person for free entry to the event.

Refusal Of Entry:

      Rice Bull Riding Company reserves the right to refuse entry and also to remove from premises any participant who acts in an unprofessional manner, foul language, display of unauthorized sponsor emblems, logos or names and any other situation that is deemed unfit. 

Sponsors. 

          For contestants that have sponsors and want to display them at our events, we will require prior approval. This is to protect the committee and producers sponsors and to maintain the integrity of our events. You can submit pictures and/or description to christinadrice@msn.com for approval. This applies to.
